In particular, a number of leading industrialization projects have been successfully introduced, such as new energy vehicles, Foday batteries, China Resources Boya Bio-intelligent Factory, and village farmers’ modern technology. The construction of the "chain group matching" industrial chain supply chain system has achieved initial results, and industrial agglomeration has begun to take shape, becoming a powerful engine leading the rise of Fuzhou industry.

-In the past ten years, we have focused on reform and empowerment, innovation and change, and achieved a new leap in development momentum and vitality. We will further promote the "streamline administration, delegate power, strengthen regulation and improve services" reform, pay close attention to the "No.1 Reform Project" to optimize and upgrade the business environment, and make every effort to create a "four-hearted" business environment with peace of mind, peace of mind, comfort and dedication. At present, the proportion of "running at most once" is 97.35%, and the compression rate of working hours is 73.95%. 173 items are proved to be informed and promised, and 207 items provide delayed services. The electronic integrated management reform of non-tax revenue collection was praised by the General Office of the State Council, and Fuzhou government cloud platform was awarded the "Top Ten government cloud in China", which sang the brand of "considerate government service". -In the past ten years, we have focused on trying first, turning green into gold, and breaking new paths in ecological value transformation. In 2021, Fuzhou ranked first in the province in the high-quality development assessment of "Beautiful China Jiangxi Model" and was approved as the only comprehensive pilot city for national forestry reform and development in the province; The excellent rate of surface water quality in the national examination section and provincial monitoring section of the city is 100%, and the proportion of days with excellent air quality in cities at or above the county level is 99.6%. The forest coverage rate reached 67.2%, an increase of 2.66 percentage points over 2012. The pattern of urban and rural development has been continuously optimized. Dongxiang has been removed from the county, and the new district in the east has been established. Wenchangli historical and cultural block has become a new business card of Fuzhou. In 2021, the urbanization rate of the whole city reached 57.96%, an increase of 16.91 percentage points over 2012. New breakthroughs have been made in major infrastructure construction. The Xiangpu Railway and the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway (Hangchang Section) have been completed and opened to traffic, and the expressways of Fuji, Fujin, Changning, Ziguang and Chuanguang have been completed and opened to traffic one after another, realizing the county-county expressway. Xia Wenyong:Fuzhou is a big agricultural city with a relatively weak industrial base, and industrial enterprises are small, scattered and weak. "Small" shows that there are no big enterprises and no leading enterprises. Only last year did a company engaged in copper processing earn 10 billion yuan. "Scattering" shows that the industry is not focused and has no influence and brand power. "Weakness" shows that the products produced by enterprises have low added value and weak market competitiveness, and most of the products produced by enterprises are at the middle and low end of the industrial value chain. To this end, in accordance with the strategic deployment of the provincial party Committee and the provincial government to strengthen the industry, we propose to storm the industry and promote the high-quality development of industrial enterprises in Fuzhou. After a year of hard work, the following changes have taken place in the high-quality development of industrial transformation and upgrading in Fuzhou:

First, on the whole, the growth rate of industrial added value has been from the bottom of the province for a long time, and by the end of August this year, the growth rate of industrial added value has reached 7.9%, ranking fifth in the province and entering the upper-middle ranks.

Second, the industry is more focused, and the "2+4" industrial structure layout is put forward ("two dominant industries": new energy vehicles and parts, and deep processing of non-ferrous metals; "Four emerging industries": modern information, new energy and new materials, biomedicine and deep processing of green agricultural and forestry products), which account for more than 85% of the total industrial economy.

Third, newly introduced and put into production enterprises have provided strong support for the development of industrial economy. For example, new energy vehicles and new material industrial enterprises have contributed 50% to the growth rate of industrial added value, and their products have strong market brand influence and good benefits.

The next step is to anchor the goal of a strong industrial city, forge ahead, recruit big and attract strong, boldly innovate and be determined to reform. First, make good use of the country’s policies for steady growth, vigorously promote the "10% work method" for existing enterprises to improve quality and efficiency, help enterprises to innovate in technological transformation, release endogenous kinetic energy, and achieve high-quality development of transformation and upgrading. The second is to recruit large enterprises to strengthen the chain, constantly improve the upstream and downstream industrial chain support, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, form industrial agglomeration and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Third, we are determined to reform and vigorously promote the "No.1 Reform Project" of the business environment. 一是“治山理水”文章。坚定打好污染防治攻坚战，全市生态环境质量稳居全省第一方阵。锚定“天更蓝”，统筹抓好工业废气治理、建筑扬尘污染治理、农作物秸秆禁烧、烟花爆竹禁放等工作，2021年全市空气质量创下有监测记录以来的最好水平。锚定“山更绿”，在全省率先实施全市域封山育林，森林覆盖率提高到67.2%，先后获批国家园林城市、国家森林城市、全国林业改革发展综合试点市。锚定“水更清”，扎实开展抚河流域(抚州段)水环境综合治理与可持续发展国家试点，强力推动水库退出承包养殖,地表水水质保持总体优良，国考、省考断面水质优良率达到100%。

Gao Shiwen:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Fuzhou has persisted in making people live a happy and beautiful life as its goal, deeply practiced the people-centered development thought, made great efforts to do a good job in people’s livelihood, won the battle against poverty with high quality as scheduled, and built a well-off society in an all-round way with the whole province. New breakthroughs are mainly achieved in three aspects.

The first is to achieve new breakthroughs in grasping poverty alleviation and helping the poor. In the past ten years, the city has insisted on tackling poverty as the top priority and the first livelihood project, and made every effort to go to war. It has sent 1810 "Lianxin" teams to the villages to help the poor, innovated and implemented the early warning and monitoring mechanism of poverty alleviation quality, and explored the implementation of "accurate poverty prevention insurance", the project of health care and poverty alleviation in thousands of villages with wisdom, and the new model of home care and centralized care to help the poor, so as to achieve high-quality hat removal in two poverty-stricken counties and all 223 poverty-stricken villages. 谭赣明：抚州历史文化遗存众多, 有96个中国传统村落，数量位居全国第15位；有113个省级传统村落、20片省级历史文化街区，数量均列全省第1。同时，抚州还是全国10个传统村落集中连片保护利用示范市之一。近年来，抚州市以申报国家历史文化名城为契机，认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加强历史文化传承和保护的重要论述，不断推动文化遗产保护传承工作迈上新台阶。主要的工作具体可概括为“三专”。

一是依托专业力量。成立专职机构抚州市文物局，负责统筹协调历史文化保护工作，并组建了专家委员会，定期来抚进行指导。同时，建立专业化队伍，对民间手艺人开展针对性培训，全市已培育了500多名专业的修缮工匠。

Xia Wenyong:After the arrival of the new Municipal Party Committee, we have a clearer understanding of Fuzhou’s situation through in-depth investigation and research. Fuzhou has profound cultural heritage, beautiful natural ecology, solid agricultural foundation and well-known basic education all over the country, but its disadvantages are also obvious, especially the infrastructure is in debt and the location conditions are relatively poor. It is the only city in the central city of the province that does not have high-speed rail, with large but weak agriculture and weak industrial base. Based on the reality of Fuzhou, we put forward the goal of "building a prosperous, harmonious and happy modern new Fuzhou in an all-round way", determined the main line of "fighting a storm and realizing five new leaps", adhered to the "two-wheel drive" of industry and agriculture, and vigorously implemented the strategy of strengthening the city by industry, establishing the city by agriculture and revitalizing the city by ecology.

At present, modern science and technology of village farmers, Rauske, Tengqu Group and other projects have been introduced to settle down, and the construction of Fuzhou Great Health Food Industrial Park is being accelerated in the East New District, and the brand of "Ganfu Agricultural Products" has been launched in an all-round way.

The third is to build a national innovation center for the value realization mechanism of ecological products. Fuzhou is one of the pilot cities for realizing the value of ecological products in two countries in China. Based on this advantage and brand, we propose to build an innovation center, so as to do a good job in managing mountains, managing water and showing the dew, and embark on a way that economic development and the improvement of ecological civilization complement each other. At present, the accounting and evaluation trading system of ecological products and the innovation and service system of green financial products have been basically established, and the green standard system is in the forefront of the province. Online food attracts waves of consumers with its novel appearance, photos or taste. However, when consumers buy food, they often ignore the quality of the food itself, including raw materials, production date, shelf life and production address.

　　Due to the special sales channels (such as WeChat circle of friends, micro-stores), online celebrity food has some problems, such as difficult management and lack of effective supervision mechanism. 　　Although the safety of self-heating food is generally controllable, the safety risk of "self-heating package" should be paid full attention to. Since self-heating food uses the chemical reaction between heating agent and water to generate heat to heat the food. The World Health Organization once pointed out that apart from food-borne diseases, more and more food fraud and food fraud problems need to be paid attention to.

At present, China has basically met the public’s requirements for the quantity and quality of food, and the concern for food safety has reached a higher level. However, for a long time, the investment in food authenticity technology is relatively lacking, and it is difficult to guarantee the scientific supervision of "food authenticity". If food fraud is "a magic height of one foot", then the detection technology of counterfeit identification must be "a magic height of one foot".

Yang Xinzhong: I mainly report three aspects:

I. General situation of epidemic situation

From 00: 00 to 24: 00 on March 19th, there was no new confirmed case in COVID-19, and one asymptomatic infected person was added. Up to now, this round of epidemic has reported a total of 145 local confirmed cases and 133 asymptomatic infected cases.

II. Relevant work carried out since yesterday

1, nucleic acid detection. A new asymptomatic infection case was found in a centralized isolation point yesterday.

2. Medical treatment. Yesterday, 11 confirmed cases were cured and discharged, and 12 asymptomatic infected people were released from isolation medical observation. Since the current epidemic, 59 people have been cured and discharged, and 33 asymptomatic infected people have been released from isolation for medical observation. All of them have been transferred to designated rehabilitation hospitals for medical observation and health management.

3. Delineation of risk level. After comprehensive evaluation and judgment, today, three medium-risk areas in Haizhou District have been adjusted to low-risk areas, and the control measures of their residential areas have been lifted. Relevant information has been announced through media platforms such as "Lianyungang Release". The risk levels in other regions remain unchanged.

6, sealed control area life, medical security. Organize 18 large and medium-sized supermarkets to "peer-to-peer" docking, control and control communities, and ensure the supply of daily living materials for residents. Since the current epidemic, the elderly, pregnant women and children have been helped to seek emergency medical treatment for 96 times, and the basic living needs such as purchasing medicine and buying vegetables have been solved for more than 4,000 times.

First, continue to classify and carry out nucleic acid detection. For the sealed control area, the control area, the building where the case is located or the natural village, all personnel will carry out nucleic acid sampling and testing at different times.

The second is to implement control by zoning and grading. Counties and functional sectors without local cases have turned into normalized epidemic prevention and control, and production and living order have been restored in an orderly manner. We will continue to strictly implement control measures for key areas in Haizhou District. For other areas in Haizhou District and counties and functional sectors where local cases have occurred, the scope of control will be gradually adjusted, and the risk levels and related prevention and control measures will be adjusted in real time for eligible medium-risk areas, closed control areas and control areas.

The third is orderly transshipment and isolation. For those who are released from centralized isolation, a special class for transshipment and connection will be set up to ensure safe and orderly closed-loop reception and rejection.

Chen Zhi: According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, in order to coordinate the epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, our city adheres to scientific and precise prevention and control, and is dynamically adjusting prevention and control measures. After evaluation and careful judgment by provincial and municipal experts, our city has adjusted the No.3 Building of Runqiyuan, No.4 Building of Tianjing Meidi and B2 Building of Wenqiao Lvyuan in Haizhou District from a medium-risk area to a low-risk area, and the control measures for their residential areas have been lifted. Yang Hualin: After the outbreak in our city, as the main force and national team of emergency rescue, the city’s fire rescue workers actively participated in the anti-epidemic battle. The main work is as follows:

First, actively undertake epidemic prevention service work. 115 elite troops have been dispatched to participate in epidemic prevention service, and the support services such as accommodation and material handling, nucleic acid testing laboratory construction and complete transshipment of reinforcements have been completed efficiently and with high quality. Dispatch 10 fire engines and 50 fire rescue workers, divide them into 10 groups, and assign them to hospitals and centralized isolation points in the city to make overall plans for epidemic prevention, decontamination and fire fighting and rescue.

The second is to actively participate in epidemic prevention and disinfection. Carry out the online purchase mode of agricultural materials with "online ordering and offline distribution", implement the policies and measures to ensure the transportation and supply of agricultural materials during the epidemic prevention and control period in our city, and fully organize the supply of agricultural production materials such as pesticides, seeds, fertilizers and nursery materials. More than 20 seed production enterprises and more than 1,900 agricultural materials stores in the city have sufficient reserves, which effectively guarantee the needs of agricultural production.

Fourth, optimize the service of helping agriculture. In view of the problem of slow sales of strawberries in the East China Sea, we actively coordinated the handling and issuance of transport vehicle passes for fresh agricultural products, and actively docked large and medium-sized supermarkets and other key supply-ensuring units to help farmers broaden their sales channels. In view of the epidemic situation affecting the production and marketing of tomatoes in our city, experts were organized in time to formulate measures such as delaying harvest and long-term preservation after harvest, and they were pushed to large tomato growers in the city through the network. Dragon Boat Festival is also known as Mulan Festival. In ancient times, there was a custom of medicated bath in Dragon Boat Festival. Pine, cypress, mulberry twig, mugwort leaf and other herbs were boiled into juice and bathed in it to prevent epidemic and strengthen the body. This herbal water is "Mulan Decoction".

It should be noted that the "orchid" here does not refer to orchids, but to Eupatorium odoratum or herbs of Compositae, which has fragrance and can be decocted and bathed. Qu Yuan’s "Nine Songs in the Cloud" also contains the sentence of "Bathing orchid soup and enjoying fragrance".

There is also the custom of wearing sachets during the Dragon Boat Festival. The sachet is filled with a variety of plant medicinal materials, with fresh fragrance, and has the effects of eliminating moisture, refreshing the brain and expelling mosquitoes.

On the day of the Dragon Boat Festival, participants in grass fighting went out to find some exotic flowers and plants to compete with each other. There are two main forms of fighting grass:

One can be called a literary fight, in which the names of flowers and grasses are reported to each other in the form of antithesis, and most of them win. This is not only better than the collection of flowers and plants, but also the accumulation of plant knowledge and literary knowledge on both sides.

The other is called warfare, in which the participants hold the grass opposite each other, and each person holds one end of a grass (or flower) stem in both hands, hooks it with the grass stem in the other hand, and pulls it hard. Whoever pulls the grass stem is the loser.

In fact, fighting grass is a game derived from picking herbs. The Dragon Boat Festival is considered to be the best time to collect herbs, and there is a folk saying that "before the Dragon Boat Festival, there is grass, and when it comes to the Dragon Boat Festival, it becomes medicine".

People draw materials from nature,

Wrapping zongzi with reed leaves and Indocalamus leaves,

Hanging mugwort leaves and calamus at the door,

Wearing a sachet,
