They have created extraordinary achievements in their ordinary posts, painted colorful lives with hard-working hands and unremitting struggle, and demonstrated the spiritual strength of the Communist Party of China (CPC) people.

Labor is the essential activity of human beings and the fundamental force to promote the progress of human society. Marxist labor view provides an important soil for the formation of model worker spirit, labor spirit and craftsman spirit. Model worker spirit, labor spirit and craftsman spirit are also the crystallization of the times nourished by Chinese excellent traditional culture. The Chinese nation is hardworking and creative. The people of China have created splendid historical civilization with their hard work and wisdom. The story of drilling wood for fire, Shennong’s parishioners’ crops and Dayu’s water control is widely circulated. Qi Min Yao Shu, the earliest complete agricultural book in China, systematically and comprehensively summarizes the long-term accumulated agricultural production experience of working people in China before the 6th century. Mengxi Bi Tan, known as "the coordinate in the history of science in China", records many engineering technologies and scientific and technological inventions of working people in ancient China.
