China National Intellectual Property Administration: Promote the transformation of intellectual property work from pursuing quantity to improving quality
CCTV News:The State Council Press Office held a routine briefing on the State Council policy this morning (8th). The person in charge of China National Intellectual Property Administration introduced the situation of deepening the "streamline administration, delegate power, strengthen regulation and improve services" reform in the field of intellectual property rights and answered the reporter’s questions.
At the meeting, He Zhimin, deputy director of China National Intellectual Property Administration, introduced that the Notice on Deepening the Reform and Optimizing the Innovation Environment and Business Environment of "streamline administration, delegate power, strengthen regulation and improve services" in the field of intellectual property rights was reviewed and approved by the the State Council executive meeting on April 27th and will be issued in the near future.
He Zhimin further introduced that the "Notice" mainly aims at new problems in development, overcoming difficulties and solving pain points. "Deepening" is mainly reflected in three aspects, including further shortening the patent application cycle, enhancing the public experience to meet differentiated needs, and promoting the transformation of intellectual property work from pursuing quantity to improving quality.
