Deng Chao is the full-time deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Office for the Implementation of Western Development (Sichuan Panxi Regional Resource Development Office) (probation period of one year);

He Shaoming is deputy director of Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department;

******* is the head of the Political Security Corps of Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department;

Kou Xiaobing is the chief planner of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation (probation period of one year);

Zeng Fang is vice president of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (probation period of one year);

Cheng Biying is the deputy dean of Sichuan College of Arts and Sciences (probation period of one year).
