After receiving the instructions from Sichuan Emergency Office to prepare for emergency rescue and disaster relief flights on planes C90 (Guanghan) and 208B (Tianshui) near the disaster area, Xihua Airlines, a subsidiary investment company, arranged for B-9467 unit in Tianshui to be on standby at the first time, quickly studied the flight, operation plan and flight plan, coordinated route design scheme between the transportation control department and Xingtiandi, and reported it to the National Bureau to activate the data transmission system.
China Southern Airlines: Deploy two flights to transport rescue officers and soldiers to the front.

After receiving the notice, China Southern immediately launched a series of key emergency flight support work. Due to the weather in southwest and east China, if the departure time is delayed by one hour according to the normal flight, China Southern Airlines immediately adjusted CZ6938 (Nanning-Chongqing) and CZ3241 (Nanning-Chengdu) flights to choose stop planes to perform their tasks; The Ground Service Support Department and the Freight Department open special passages for personnel performing search and rescue missions and required equipment, tie red ribbons on the consignments, and contact Chengdu and Chongqing airports at the same time to ensure that the consignments of rescue officers and soldiers can be taken out at the first time after the plane lands. China Resources Satellite Application Center of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation immediately launched the emergency response mechanism for major natural disasters after obtaining relevant disaster information, and dispatched more than 02C satellites of Gaofen-1, Gaofen-2, Gaofen-3, Gaofen-4 and Ziyuan-1 to observe the affected areas. On the 24th, Gaofen-4 and Ziyuan-1 02C satellites have imaged the disaster area. China Weitong Xinnuo Company actively carried out the communication support work of Sichuan Mobile Super Base Station and the emergency communication vehicle support work in Sichuan. It provided timely and effective guarantee for China Mobile’s four super base stations, three emergency communication vehicles and a satellite communication portable station, and laid a foundation for the smooth development of important communication work such as mobile phone communication in disaster areas. At present, the communication guarantee work of Sino Company is still going on.
In the early stage, Aerospace Star Company cooperated with Sichuan Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, providing it with a number of satellite communication vehicles, integrating the self-developed domestic VSAT satellite communication system, which can be used for outdoor communication support; Long-term cooperation with Sichuan Safety Supervision Bureau to provide technical support for satellite communication. After the disaster, two employees of Chengdu Branch of Aerospace Star Company followed the Bureau of Surveying and Mapping and the Safety Supervision Bureau, and arrived at the scene at 3 pm on the 24th, responsible for the technical support of one satellite communication vehicle and two products.
Maoxian county collapsed seriously, and communication was interrupted in some areas. Restoring smooth communication is very important for the smooth rescue work. Up to now, the civil air defense emergency command vehicle developed by 28 Rice companies and 38 Sichuang companies of China Electric Power Branch has been sent to the disaster relief site to participate in the disaster relief command and liaison work with its advanced communication and command functions.
The radio detection vehicle developed by China Electric Power Branch 29 has been provided to Aba Radio Monitoring Station, which is operated on site by the technicians of the monitoring station. The system integrates emergency radio monitoring, emergency radio management, emergency radio control and other functions, which can quickly respond to major radio emergency disposal, cooperate to complete the radio safety guarantee of disaster relief, ensure that the radio signal at the disaster relief site is normal for 24 hours, and open up a green channel for disaster relief frequency.
At the same time, the technicians of 28 Les companies in China Electric Power Branch have been in place in Chengdu, Sichuan, ready to enter the disaster area according to the rescue arrangement and provide technical assistance. Twenty-nine technicians in Sichuan are working in shifts for 24 hours to provide technical support for disaster relief.
