Traffic participants: According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Management of Electric Bicycles in Hebei Province, and the rectification requirements of the Zhangjiakou Public Security Traffic Police Detachment’s Implementation Plan for Special Remediation Action for Motorcycle and Electric Bicycle Riders in the City, combined with the spirit of the county government executive meeting, we hereby inform you of the traffic order management measures in Yuxian City:
First, motor vehicles are prohibited from parking in the no-stop area, and offenders will be punished according to the violation of the no-stop sign. When a motor vehicle is parked in the parking space and the permitted parking area, it should be parked outward according to the direction indicated by the arrow or the front of the car, and offenders will be punished according to illegal parking. The control time is from 7 am to 21 pm every day.
