Deeply study and implement the supreme leader’s thought of rule of law, and contribute to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity

　　In December, the 56th issue of "Youth Learning Collection" focused on the supreme leader’s thoughts on the rule of law, and organized young members of the central and state organs to study deeply, have extensive exchanges and carry out various practical activities.

　　On December 26th, the Communist Youth League Working Committee of the central and state organs organized youth members from various departments to go to the Dongcheng District People’s Court in Beijing to conduct on-site centralized study and exchange. First of all, following the guidance of young commentators, everyone visited the exhibition on the theme of the governance of the source of litigation and the construction of the Party building team in Dongcheng Court, and felt the advanced working methods such as the "Harmony Cube" diversified dispute resolution mechanism initiated by Dongcheng Court around the theme of "justice and efficiency" and based on the judicial practice of faithfully performing its duties and serving the people. Later, I listened to a civil case trial, experienced the whole process of trial work in an immersive way, and felt the true feelings of justice for the people in a "zero distance". In the on-site exchange session, Ye Yanying, the person in charge of education, training and talent work, described the vivid practice of Dongcheng Court in thoroughly studying and implementing the supreme leader’s rule of law thought and supreme leader’s cultural thought, focusing on the trial work in the cultural field, actively creating a highland of characteristic talents and promoting the development of court culture in the new era. Roland, the pacesetter of the national court and vice president of the criminal trial court of Dongcheng Court, took the case of illegal one-day tour as the starting point, depicting the vivid image of people’s judges resolutely cracking down on illegal crimes and actively promoting socialist core values in judicial practice close to people’s lives and related to people’s interests. Fu Wen, vice president of the filing court, closely followed the court’s value function in realizing the judicial effect of "keeping the world safe by law and moistening people’s hearts by virtue", and deeply explained various relations that should be handled well in the process of judicial adjudication.

　　Everyone agrees that the Supreme Leader’s thought of rule of law is an important part of the Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era, and it is a solid theoretical basis and fundamental guiding ideology for comprehensively governing the country according to law, building a China ruled by law, and promoting a strong country ruled by law. Since the new era, the CPC Central Committee with the Supreme Leader as the core has coordinated the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented changes in the world in the past century, drawn up a grand blueprint for comprehensively governing the country according to law, and started a new journey of comprehensively governing the country according to law, providing a solid guarantee of the rule of law for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization.

　　Everyone unanimously stated that, as a new force in practicing the first phalanx of "two maintenance", the youth of the central and state organs should thoroughly study and implement the supreme leader’s rule of law thought, take the lead in respecting the law, learning the law, abiding by the law and using it, strengthen the concept of governing the country according to law, effectively improve the rule of law thinking and ability to handle affairs according to law, enhance their self-confidence, confidence and determination in taking the road of Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s rule of law, and consciously become a firm believer, active communicator and model practitioner of the supreme leader’s rule of law thought.
