Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone 2022 Public Recruitment Announcement for Education Institutions

  According to the spirit of the document "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing" (No.102 [2010] of the Beijing People’s Society), and in combination with the employment needs in the education field of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, we are now openly recruiting staff in public institutions for fresh graduates from universities at home and abroad. The relevant matters are announced as follows.

  I. Recruitment positions

  This open recruitment involves two institutions, namely, Beijing No.2 Middle School Economic Development Zone School and Yizhuang New City School attached to the National People’s Congress. It is planned to recruit 78 staff members. There are 21 posts in the Economic Development Zone of Beijing No.2 Middle School, and it is planned to recruit 30 people, all of whom are specialized technical posts; Yizhuang New City School, a middle school affiliated to the National People’s Congress, plans to set up 29 posts and recruit 48 people, all of whom are specialized technical posts.   Second, the recruitment target

  This recruitment target is the 2022 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding commissioned students and orientation students) and have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates, unemployed graduates who have left school within two years, and returned overseas students who have obtained degrees from institutions outside China and completed the academic degree certification of domestic education departments during the period from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022.

  Third, the recruitment conditions

  (a) support the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good political quality and moral conduct.

  (two) physical and mental health, love education, abide by teachers’ professional ethics, abide by work discipline, and have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

  (3) Non-Beijing graduates in 2022 and unemployed graduates who left school within two years should meet the conditions for introducing non-Beijing graduates in Beijing; Overseas students with non-Beijing permanent residence in universities outside China should meet the requirements for talent introduction and settlement in Beijing.

  (4) Age calculation method: if the post age is required to be 35 years old or below, that is, born after January 1986 (inclusive). Non-Beijing students graduating from master’s degree in 2022 and unemployed graduates leaving school within two years must be born after January 1992 (inclusive); This year’s doctoral graduates and unemployed graduates who have left school within two years must be born after January 1987 (inclusive).

  (five) academic degrees, majors and qualification certificates recognized by the state with the requirements of the recruitment position. Applicants for junior high school teachers should have junior high school and above teacher qualification certificates; Applicants for primary school teachers should have primary school and above teacher qualification certificates.

  (6) Conforming to the relevant provisions of the challenge system.

  Those who have one of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the exam: those who have been criminally punished for crimes; Has been expelled from the the Communist Party of China (CPC) Party; Having been expelled from public office or having been dismissed from the employment contract or employment contract by an organ or institution due to violation of discipline and law; Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law; During the period of punishment or under the influence period; Having been found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels; Civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years; Suspected of violating the law and discipline, being examined, and no conclusion has been reached; After the appointment, it constitutes an avoidance situation as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations; Other circumstances in which employment is prohibited as stipulated by laws, regulations and policies.

  IV. Recruitment Procedures

  Open recruitment includes online registration, qualification examination, comprehensive professional assessment, physical examination and inspection, publicity, employment and other links. Comprehensive professional assessment schedule will be notified separately.

  (1) Online registration. Candidates can register at Gongzhao.com (www.gongzhao.com.cn) from 9:00 am on December 17th, 2021 to 16:30 pm on December 23rd, 2021, and each candidate is limited to one post. At the time of registration, the application materials submitted by the applicants should be true, accurate and complete. If the applicants provide false application materials, once verified, they will be disqualified.

  (2) Qualification examination. All recruitment units shall examine the qualifications of candidates. After the qualification examination, those who have entered the comprehensive professional examination will be notified by SMS or telephone. Those who have not entered the comprehensive professional examination will not be notified. If the number of applicants and the number of planned recruits do not reach the ratio of 3:1, the number of planned recruits will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment plan is cancelled. Qualification examination will run through the whole recruitment process. If applicants are found not to meet the qualification requirements in all aspects of recruitment, their qualification for application or employment may be cancelled.

  (3) Comprehensive professional assessment. Each recruitment unit specifically implements comprehensive professional assessment, and the comprehensive professional assessment implements a percentage system. The minimum qualified score line is 60 points. If the comprehensive professional assessment score is lower than the qualified score line, it is impossible to enter the qualification review. Specific requirements and arrangements such as the time, place and method of comprehensive professional assessment shall be notified separately by the recruiting units.

  (4) Qualification review. According to the order of comprehensive professional assessment results from high to low, enter the qualification review according to the ratio of 1:1. Qualification review includes examination of candidates’ household registration, identity, education, relevant grades, qualifications, qualification certificates and other materials required for applying for positions. In case of failure or failure to participate in the qualification re-examination, it shall be replenished in the order from high to low according to the comprehensive professional assessment results of the post. Where the main information of relevant materials is untrue, which affects the results of qualification review, the Economic Development Zone has the right to cancel the comprehensive professional assessment results of the candidates. The time and place of qualification review shall be notified separately by the recruiting units.

  (5) Physical examination and inspection. Those who pass the qualification review are listed as candidates for physical examination and inspection. Organize them to go to the designated hospital for physical examination, and the physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant physical examination standards for civil servants, and those who pass the physical examination shall be listed as candidates for investigation. According to the requirements of recruitment qualifications and job responsibilities, the applicant’s qualifications and moral, ability, diligence, performance and honesty were investigated.

  (6) publicity. Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and they will be publicized in official website Economic Development Zone for 7 working days.

  (7) employment. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations and the employment contract shall be signed.

  V. Disciplinary requirements

  This open recruitment is carried out in strict accordance with the prescribed requirements and procedures, adhering to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, setting up recruitment policies, online application technical consultation telephone numbers, and accepting applicants’ consultation. Staff should strictly implement the confidentiality system and avoidance system, and if there is any violation, it will be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations.   VI. Epidemic Prevention and Control

  During the implementation of open recruitment organization, epidemic prevention measures will be implemented according to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, and relevant work arrangements will be adjusted appropriately when necessary. Those who miss important information due to their own reasons will bear their own responsibilities.
