In October, Sichuan accepted a total of 614 environmental protection reports, the most of which reflected air pollution.
On December 3, the reporter learned from the Department of Ecology and Environment that in October this year, the province’s "12369 Environmental Reporting Networking Management Platform" (hereinafter referred to as "networking platform") received a total of 895 environmental reports, down 13.7% from the previous month and 36% from the same period last year. Of the reports received, 614 have been accepted. It is worth noting that the number of reports reflecting the types of air pollution is the largest, with a total of 454, accounting for 40.4%.
Why did you receive 895 reports and only accept 614? It turned out that there were 281 reports that were not accepted because the clues were unknown or did not fall within the scope of responsibility of the ecological environment department. In addition, according to the requirement that the report should be completed within 60 days, 608 reports accepted by the province in August 2019 should be completed in October 2019, and all of them have been completed.
The reporter combed the data and found that the number of online reports in the province increased by over 30% in October compared with September. In October 2019, among the reports received by the province, 273 were reported by the "12369" environmental reporting hotline, accounting for 44.5%; Wechat reported 253 cases, accounting for 41.2%; 88 cases were reported online, accounting for 14.3%. Among them, telephone reports decreased by 21.1% month-on-month and 12.5% year-on-year; WeChat reported a decrease of 9% from the previous month and a decrease of 33% year-on-year; Online reporting increased by 35.4% month-on-month and decreased by 38.5% year-on-year.
Problems reflecting the types of air pollution account for the highest proportion. In terms of pollution types, there are 454 air pollution problems, accounting for 40.4%; Noise pollution, water pollution, solid waste pollution, radiation and other pollution problems accounted for 29.7%, 16%, 6.8% and 7.1% respectively.
Among the air pollution complaints, the pollution problem of irritating gas emitted in the production process of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises is more prominent, accounting for 8.4% and 7% of air pollution complaints respectively; Among the noise pollution complaints, there are many pollution problems that reflect the social life noise of accommodation, catering and entertainment and the construction noise, accounting for 11.7% and 8% of the noise pollution complaints respectively; Among the water pollution complaints, there are many pollution problems that reflect the disorderly discharge of manure from livestock and poultry breeding enterprises and the direct discharge of wastewater from agricultural and sideline food processing enterprises, accounting for 11.4% and 8.9% of the water pollution complaints respectively.
Judging from the reports of pollution problems in various places, Ziyang, Deyang and Chengdu report air pollution problems relatively prominently; Pollution reports in Zigong and Panzhihua mainly reflect the problem of entertainment noise at night; The pollution report in Ya ‘an mainly reflects the problem of industrial noise; The reports of water pollution in Suining, Ya ‘an and Meishan are more prominent, mainly reflecting the problem of industrial wastewater pollution.
