Hongqi large executive car L1 is named Guoya, with a 4.0T hybrid logo.
At the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, Hongqi officially released the top luxury brand "Golden Sunflower" and brought three models of Golden Sunflower: Guoya, Guoyao and Guoli. Its China Ya is a large luxury executive car previously identified as Hongqi L1. The car is over 5.3 meters long and equipped with a 3.0T or 4.0T hybrid system. Now it has been reserved for users all over the world.
At first glance, the new car feels solemn and noble, with a straight and wide cover, a symbolic red flag logo in the center, and a lifting sign in front to strengthen the sense of identity. Under the nose of the car is a large square grille, which is filled with vertical chrome strips and interspersed with raindrop-like elements to enhance the sense of exquisiteness and luxury. The front of the car is equipped with longitudinal bullet-shaped headlight groups, and the radial ring light source and far and near light lamps are integrated inside, which has excellent lighting effect. The front enclosing part is a three-stage opening, and the smiling face lower grille and the air inlet of the fog lamp area are separated by bent chrome strips, supplemented by lattice chrome pieces and special textures to enhance the luxury property.
The side atmosphere of the car body is slender, and the roof line falls behind the C-pillar, which ensures sufficient headroom in the car. The contrasting red and white body is an important way to show the sense of dignity, and the red flag logo, chrome-plated decoration and dense-spoke silver wheels can be seen everywhere, which once again strengthens this attribute. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the car are 5353/1998/1511 mm and the wheelbase is 3260 mm.
The rear part of the car also continues the style characteristics of the atmosphere. The horizontal lines at the end of the trunk outline the sharpness. The chrome-plated strip is inserted below, and the quadrilateral taillights are led out on both sides. After lighting, it presents a ring light strip and an hourglass-shaped special light source. A number of horizontal lines are added to the rear bumper again, and through red reflective strips and flat sides are used for double exhaust, which puts an end to the luxurious and noble design.
The interior also pays attention to creating a sense of luxury and dignity. It adopts a red and white double-color interior design corresponding to the appearance. A suspended clock is provided above the center console. The center console surface and the front end of the armrest box are covered with wooden decorative boards, and the details are decorated with chrome-plated decorative strips, which effectively enhances the interior texture.
The overall layout of the interior is relatively simple, the position of the suspended central control large screen is lower, the arc-shaped full LCD instrument is provided on the left side, the dual-amplitude multi-function steering wheel adopts the two-color splicing process to enhance the sense of grade, and a large number of function buttons are reserved in the armrest box area for easy operation. The real shot model is a four-seat version with a central passage running through the front and rear rows, in which the rear row also provides a touch screen for controlling air conditioning and seats. The seats themselves also have a wide and comfortable version, plus functions such as electric adjustment and massage, thus providing a more comfortable ride experience.
In terms of power, there are two options: 3.0T hybrid and 4.0T hybrid. The maximum power of 3.0T engine is 290kW, and that of 4.0T engine is 360kW, matching ternary lithium battery pack and motor to form an oil hybrid system. The transmission system adopts 8AT gearbox, and the four-wheel drive system will certainly not be absent, which has strong enough performance.
As for the price, the label of Hongqi L series was hung, which means that the price of the car will not be close to the people, and it is expected to be more than one million yuan, challenging the status of ultra-luxury executive cars such as Maibakh S-class and Bentley Feichi. It is worth mentioning that, judging from the booking method of the car, it seems that it is not as strict as the red flag L5. As long as it can afford it, ordinary consumers may have the opportunity to own it. We will wait and see how the future performance will be.
